CRM Case Study

For three months, Kevin Cahalane worked with the TeleSales Team at Kraft Foods to implement a strategy to transfer 500 small supermarkets to telephone sales based coverage.

Our objective!

  • Retain a minimum 50% of customers

  • Retain a minimum 50% of revenue to Kraft Foods (and Nabisco)

The results?

After 3 months

  • The team built the base to 560 customers!

  • Sales climbed to 333% of budget!
