In late 2012, Kevin Cahalane worked with the sales management team at SANDVIK Coromant (market leader in drilling, milling and turning tools) to develop a Sales Coaching and Mentoring program - part of a 24 month plan to develop management skills which, in turn, led to major improvements in their sales engineers' selling skills.  Kevin continued working with both Sales Managers and their teams over this timeframe.
